As team leader, Peta works with your Property Manager to ensure the grass roots Property Management issues like arrears, maintenance, rent reviews and renewals are actioned. Optimising systems and the use of technology to the benefit of owners and tenants is a major challenge within any business. Peta's years of experience working within Sales and Property Management departments and in accounting roles provides her with the experience and knowledge to meet and master this challenge. Her enthusiasm for real estate and ability to work with people to enhance their performance (and that of their property portfolio!) is demonstrated not just by her commitment to Professionals Wagga Wagga, but the level of service she offers Professionals landlords and tenants.
